Your listing, seen the way buyers dream about it.

Cinema aerial films for exceptional properties in New Canaan and Darien, the towns we have been flying since 2011. A crewed visit becomes a finished property film and a set of stills, cut for MLS, Instagram and your private buyer list.

The land

New Canaan aerial photography and film

New Canaan properties sell on land, privacy and siting, exactly what a ground camera cannot show. An aerial film reveals the approach up the drive, the shape of the lot, and the distance to the neighbors. From Oenoke Ridge to Smith Ridge, Ponus Ridge to Silvermine, we have filmed fifteen years of New Canaan listings, and the film for your listing draws on all of it.

The water

Darien aerial photography and film

In Darien the water is the story. An aerial real estate video places a listing in relation to Long Island Sound, the coves off Tokeneke and the harbor at Noroton, context that turns an interested buyer into one who books a showing. Waterfront, near-water and in-town listings each get a different flight plan.

A large house with white siding and multiple gabled roofs is situated on a lush green lawn next to a curved driveway. The property overlooks a body of water with several small boats and an expansive view of a wooded area and additional houses across the water.

New Canaan Aerial: Premium Positioning

What you receive is a finished marketing film: edited, color-graded, and cut to hold a buyer’s attention. The visit captures the aerial film, the twilight pass, the signature motion shot, and the interior and exterior movement that let a buyer walk the property before they’ve stood in it.

The property film

From $9,500 per property, crewed visit on a cinema aircraft. Delivered within a week.

  • Pre-flight site review of the property, its trees and its light

  • Weather window held; second visit if the first is called off

This work is for waterfront properties, properties on two or more acres, and houses whose architecture and grounds reward a crewed cinema shoot. We take on a small number each year so each one is done properly. If you're not sure a listing qualifies, send the address and we’ll tell you honestly.

Director-led agent profile films

A two-to-four minute film about you: interview-driven, directed by a professional creative director, intercut with the towns and the life you sell. Sent to your sphere once, or produced as a seasonal series your clients look forward to. Priced on consultation.

What a profile film is for

Listings expire. A profile film keeps working: in your email signature, in listing presentations, on Instagram, on the brokerage’s recruiting page. A headshot says who you are. A few minutes of film lets a seller hear how you think before you’ve met, and that is often what a listing appointment comes down to.

A man with short brown hair and a woman with long blonde hair and earrings are outdoors, engaged in conversation. The man is smiling and dressed in a jacket and collared shirt.
A woman wearing a colorful striped dress carrying a silver briefcase walking on a tarmac near a helicopter and a vintage blue car, with a man holding a reflector nearby.

A person adjusting a camera, wearing glasses and a black cap, with a focused expression.

We started flying listings here in 2011, and understand the light: which hour a west-facing house looks like itself, when the water off Tokeneke goes flat.
